We have a villa. It is a huge villa. So, we have so much room that we will be shutting off at least three rooms unless we have guests. The yard is very nice and has plastic grass. No mowing or watering. The garden does need work, but we can do it slowly as the plastic grass keeps the dust down. The tennis courts are right out of our back gate and the swimming pool is about 6 houses down, it is huge and covered. We hope to be in there by the end of the month.
Next week, we hope to paint, measure windows and hang some curtains. Of course curtains will be a process. Some rooms will need some right quick, while others may wait.
